The factory building covers 85,000 square meters. As a professional high-tech modern enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales, it has an independent annual production capacity of 3 billion RMB.

Company Details

The injection molding factory is equipped with 600 injection molding machines ranging from 140T to 800T.

All machines adopt central material feeding and robotic operation, featuring a high degree of automation and excellent efficiency.

The mold factory has built one automated mold workshop, equipped with a batch of world-class high-end processing and testing equipment, including Swiss GF Charmilles CNC, Japan Makino CNC, Japan Makino mirror EDM, Japan Sodick wire-cut EDM, and Sweden Hexagon coordinate measuring machine (CMM).

Each piece of equipment is valued at over 200,000 US dollars, with a processing precision of ±5μm.

It is equipped with a Heidelberg 8+1 printing press, as well as a full set of printing equipment including corrugating, paper cutting, laminating, hot stamping and die-cutting. 

The annual output of various printed products exceeds 100,000 sheets.
The SMT factory is equipped with advanced equipment such as full-automatic high-speed mounters, multi-functional mounters, reflow ovens, and AOI inspection machines. 
 
It supports a full range of services from PCB design and component procurement to SMT mounting, testing, and assembly, providing one-stop solutions that greatly save time and costs.
